Might want to check with legal aid if you start getting the barrage of lawsuits. The insurance should take care of the details, assuming the other victim has a comp/coll set.
That said, I'm not sure how no-fault works here in the state. When I was insurance claims in 1994, there was no such thing as "no-fault".
