...were going to include a full six-point harness and an integrated roll bar. In fact, they were going to be built around a roll bar with diagonal braces towards the rear. Seperately, I was going to get the remainder of the cabin turned into a full roll cage when I replaced the dash in about 5 more weeks, and had had the roll-bar assembly designed to have the new section bolted-and-welded on when I had it made.

But as for the rest, I agree, though the airbag is iffy just because of my habit for leaning forward in accidents making them dangerous. But with a properly-adjusted harness, I'd be held back just fine, so that would be less of an issue.

That, and replacing (or installing) an airbag costs significantly more than the value of most cars. :-P Someone really needs to invent a cheaper way to make those work. =^.^=
