No-fault is mostly for things like a tree falling on a vehicle as it's driving down the street. And it's more an insurance term than anything else. It's used when nobody that's directly, physically affected by the accident can have the accident placed squarely at their feet. In this case, me and the white car would get no-faulted I hope, which means neither of us are liable for the damage and so-forth. That's all.
