...yes, you CAN switch the Polearm for a Full-Stone sword, and bite the awkard penalty. :-) Bumps damage to 2d12+d10. I'd recommend losing Ambidexterity, for obvious reasons, and add both one point of Belongings for the new super-sword, and Nobility 1 status to back it up. I'd re-do things a little more so they end up like this:
