Every time I hear it... I just get infectiously bouncy and happy-twitchy. :-) But it's always something like 'DJ SoAndSo, Set 437' for the streaming radio ID of the song. =-.-=

BTW the track that came to mind for those lyrics is the Trance balled Lost in Paradise by Alex Gold (get the agnelli and nelson mix if you can) . I've heard the freeform version you're thinking of somewheres... Oh well when i remember it i'll try to remember to pop back.
