Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day of 3+ years ago, we had Sweetcode, which now seems to only exist as a RSS remnant. Wasn't really a wiki-ish type place, but still had stuff like you described.
