I'd agree with you, but, well, the user in question is a die-hard Win2k user. Which is why I didn't recommend any of a myriad of other, better choices and combinations. We managed to sort it all out, turns out it was Windows Media Player, of all the stupidity. Uninstall that, problem vanished. >-.-
