...your stuff is still here, and still waiting for you to pick it up, or to call me directly and let me know to give it to someone else you send to pick it up for you.

I appologize for not handing anything over to Robert, but I can't in good faith simply hand things to the first person that says you sent them, without hearing from you via voice, person, or some form of direct communications that I'm to relinquish your belongings to them. You were also inspecific with Robert, he thought he was here to pick up one specific shirt, but neither of us knew which shirt, as there are multiple shirts here, along with the door-sign.
