Gotta head in to work soonish... finally coming down off the con-high I've been riding for the last... gah, damn near half a week now. It's hard to have PCD when you're still floating, but it was definately there.

And now trying to decide... $1k to get into suiting Right Now or not... mostly at a toss-up because I'm not sure if I want something on the cute-side like Beef Jerky or not.

Thoughts?

As for weather or not you should do it... Do you have enough in the bank to right a check for $1000, still cover your bills and have something set aside that would take care of break-downs, doctor visits, etc?

The $1k is well within' my budget.

Even with getting ready to buy a house, seperate from all that, I have budgetted $3k this year as a cap for fursuiting stuff. I've gone through around $1800 of it total, so this wouldn't put me over my internally-imposed limits.

Even beyond that I have around $500 to cover 'oh shit' moments like a car wreck or ER visit, which with my insurance coverage is sufficient. Bills are about to plunge as the apartment I've been staying at is splitting up and I'll be rooming at a friend's house for a couple months to save up another few grand for a downpayment on a house.

So can I afford it? Yes. Do I want that fursuit right now? Still deciding, I'll admit. =^.^= Thus, requesting outside opinions.
