Well, this has been proven countless time before. You could actually buy a diesel Suzuki that went 82mpg here a few years ago... Don't remember what the model was called, but the problem was that they were impossible to get a hold of. At the dealer they just to us that they had gotten so many requests that they wouldn't even be able to satisfy a tenth of them... Go figure :/

Namely winning several world-wide awards at an international automotive show that's usually where the newest car prototypes are shown.

I'm just waiting to find out how much it cost to build that beasty myself, now. Because I'm willing to bet it wasn't that much. And if not... well, I've got me a loan to arrange. =^.^=
