...I repackaged the (in)famous shooter GunRoar in a much smaller download package that plays identically, and sounds pretty much identically unless you're playing on a really high-end sound system.

Problem is that you don't get any travel powers that actually improve your base speed noticably until Level 14.

Which takes at least twice as long to reach in CoH compared to CoV due to the travel-time involved in my experience to far.

Yeah, in World of Warcraft there's lots and lots of running, and when you get to the right level, some classes get an increased speed mode, then at level 40, hopefully you can afford to buy a mount and go a bit faster still. And when you're 60th level, hopefully you can get an Epic mount that goes a little faster still!

And, of course, many of the quests you do, tend to send you all over the game map. :-/
