Danke for the compliment! I'm trying to improve the layout as I go, mostly keeping it slim and functional so the background can more-or-less 'shine through' everything as much as possibe. =^.^=
Haha, what with exclusives, innovative games, and the return of some old standbuys (Guilty Gear and NIGHTS), the next two months are going to positively rock to be a Wii owner...
I mostly like it because watching the in-game footage, Sonic moved like he used to in Sonic 3-era games, very similair to how Game & Watch got ported in while keeping the 'unique' aspect of where he came from. In G&W's case, the limited-frame animation and 2-dimensionality, in Sonic's case the spin-dashing, jumping, frantic 'keep moving and you keep going faster and faster and ACK! crash-thud!' play style I remember and liked so much in the original games.

Date: 2007-10-10 11:49 pm (UTC)The port of the Dreamcast Sonic games were good, but they've gone too much towards the Ooh, drop Sonic, he's not fun anymore! route lately.
