...and I'm not sure if I want more folks to pimp out the little D&D 4th Edition interactive character sheet I made or not. I'm leaning on the side of 'sure, tell folks about it!' at this point though, and pondering ways to make it auto-translate (or at least machine-translate until I get 'true' translations donated) to foreign languages now as well... Not much to translate, admitedly, but I do need to add a small help-link to the page I think as well.

Just a general error, and it's nothing big or anything to get excited about, but you should be aware that it is an option to trade a higher level power for a lower level one. You don't actually have to do so. Not that there isn't good reasons just to trade everything out, but I got a soft spot for some of the Encounter powers.

...any suggestions? I know the levels listed are 'maximums' though, you're right.

I'd word it, "Chose X daily of level Y or lower, no more then one from each level." ... but that's just me.

It's a cool little sheet, though. I know a couple of people where it will be very useful to them.

Meant more, how to re-word the sentence. Right now, it's built as 'A, B, C, D' etc, for each level's choices, with "your Paragon Path" and "your Epic Destiny" being special values but otherwise treated identically, with ' and' put in after the last comma.

So what can I replace the prefix-string to that list with, that you can see? Or should I re-work the entire display mechanism for powers?

Thing is, I'm not sure you should, due to usability. For people who need a quick idea of what to do who aren't system nuts like us, we probably don't even need to mention anything. However, for people who are new to the game, entering into a game that is high level or so, the information there is really useful to know, and gives guidelines you don't have to think about.

I just am being nit picky, that's all. I wouldn't worry about it.

4th Ed? Yeek.....I've invested a little too much in 3.0 and .5 to even think about switching, and heard a lot of bad things about 4th ed.
