So, who wants to come over to visit now that I have a room of my own as of this Sunday? :-) S'not much, but gah... finally, a room! *bounces, pounces Mira, drags her over and light-tackles Nellie then Sardonicus, then gets the whole group to latch onto Kitty and Manawolf and Chythar* Come over, you guys. =^.^=

*mewls a little* Yeah, I know Mira and Nellie can't make it, but I love the first more than anything else, and the second goes hand in hand with her, and I wanna meet her regardless. :^)

But yeah... *mewls, snugs everyone and scampers off to go pick up his wallet and dinner* ...miss you all way too much.

And Mana? We need to get Chythar on LJ if we can, just so we can figure out what the 'ground rules' between everyone are, explicitly. =-.-= It helps way too much between you, me, Sardonicus, Kitty, Mira, and Nellie, for me at least, after what Chythar said it really struck home... I don't know what's okay or what's not definitively with or for him.

And no, I don't just want to make out with you again, either. *giggles, licks eaglewuff's nose* Wouldn't mind, but I'd rather make out more with Mira. =^.^=

I could give him a code and set up his account and everything, but he's been adamant he woudln't have the time. :/ I don't want to go ahead & do so without his say-so, because that would be disrespectful & ignoring his stated wishes. I've given up talking about it because he's being mulish, the more I push the more he'll dig in. Any ideas are welcome.

I look at it as a free personal shared messageboard that lets you talk about things in a large group, much more than a Diary. I get the feeling the Journal/Diary/Writing entries thing is what he's hung up on. =-.-= I was hung up on it at first too, now I look at it like an electronic fridge-door whiteboard, which has made things a lot more reasonable and useful. That I can 'group' posts into categories (the friends groups) is just a useful feature.

It just happens it's on the fridge of every computer user in the known world that cares to look. :-) That that happens to include most everyone I care about is just a bonus, and lets me use it to tell a large majority of people about things like what I'm doing, and where I'm going, and who I'm seeing, without having to repeat myself over and over. =^.^=

But yeah, try to get him to think of it less like a Journal, and more like a free messageboard where we can discuss things, like a private usenet server or even a shared text file that shows who wrote what when. :-)
