...I fnid myself on both sides of a proverbial fence.

A position I seem to keep finding myself in. Friends with both sides of a problem, and trying to be there in a way to give support to the collapsed of the two sides...

Sometimes, things need to fall, before they can be rebuilt. But sometimes... they just need to be proped up, until they can support themselves again.

*shrugs* It's part of being a Libra, methinks. (And you were SUPPOSED to be born a Libra, so there!) I've always been wholly satisfied with my ability to be the peacemaker, the comforter. I don't like confrontation, I don't like taking sides. I want to help everyone and be everyone's friend, even if two friends are at odds. Even if I am upset by something, I can often put my emotions aside.

So it's... confusing to me when my emotions actually get in the way of that. I'm not used to it, and I'm having a hell of a time figuring it out.

I wish I could help, but you're right... neither of us usually have our emotions get in the way of our judgement, or our desire to help those around us. =-.-=
